Academic Search Premier (EBSCO): Citations and abstracts from 7,000 magazines and journals in many different subjects, including history (1975-present). Full text articles are available from 4,000 of these publications. Limit your search to "Peer Reviewed" for journals, as opposed to magazines.
Worldwide Political Science Abstracts: Provides citations and abstracts for 1000 journals covering political science and its complementary fields, including international relations, law, and public administration/policy. Incorporates ABC Pol Sci (1975-present).
Medline: Medical and biomedical literature from the National Library of Medicine (1950-present), with some full text. Includes articles on health care policy and ethics.
JSTOR: Archival database of more than 195 scholarly journals, spanning the earliest published issue to within several years of the current issue. Covers history, political science, economics, and several other disciplines.
